Seeing how the sharks usually raise equity by 5% its nice to see Mark respect and see the potential in the company enough to bring equity back to what it really means, where 1% really is a big difference

See the look in Mark's eyes.. He takes all other Sharks' questions and assessments, analyze them to see the future in the investment and then makes a fair deal compared to other sharks. So irresistible. I learn everytime I watch him make a deal.

The countertop version is more interesting as a commercial concept; I honestly don't see people going to the grocery store to refill milk bottles, but I do see Millennials and health conscious consumers having one of those in their house.

With respect to Barbara and what she has accomplished, it is, given her relative limited resources and intellectual prowess, bewildering that she is on this program.

The most amusing part of this episode is the fact that Mark's deal was incredibly smart. Because they would have to use up the whole 2 mil to make the deal worth it since if they use only 1, they give up 7% for 1 mil which is more equity for what they asked. And the second 1 mil loan also undercut Kevin's interest rate with 3% compared to 9.5% which is a great deal for them.

So this way Mark wins if they don't use the whole 2 mil and Mark also wins if they use the whole 2 mil. And they also win because they get to keep the same valuation of the company (although they give up more equity) and also pay lesser interest than the other deal in the room.

Despite their history of losing money, Numilk has done very well to recover using Mark Cuban’s investment. The company is currently valued at $55 million.
