Good UPSC Aspirants Never Fail in Life!

If you have given 3-4 attempts of UPSC and still you are not able to clear the exam, maybe you are not even able to clear prelims, then self-doubt can be brutal. And on top of that, the world starts taunting that you are not able to clear prelims, what will you study? Now, I want to ask you a very simple question if you are one of these people. Did you give your 100% in this study? Because if the answer to that is no, then you were not studying and then you have your answer for why that happened. But if the answer is yes and luck has been very very unkind to you, it can happen. I can tell you one thing, no matter what happens, you will be okay in life. Because if you have taken up something, you have given your 100% and put your life into it, you have worked hard and seen it, then there will always be so much that you know how to work hard. And if not here, you will work hard somewhere else. And this much I can guarantee you, you will find success in life. All the best.

UPSC Civil Services Exam is one of the most prestigious exams in the country. It has three parts, the Prelims exam, the Main exam and the Personality test, which you need to clear in order to become an IAS or IPS officer. All other Group A services of the Government of India recruit people through the UPSC Civil services exam itself and because of this, there is a lot of competition in this exam. Hence, your UPSC preparation should be strategic, informed and well planned.

Your UPSC preparation should not be based on blind adherence to any program. Rather you should give a thought about how your are preparing. The best way to go forward is to study the blogs and tips given by previous year toppers about how to go about UPSC CSE for all three stages of UPSC Prelims, UPSC Mains and the Personality test also known as the UPSC Interview, and then make your UPSC preparation strategy accordingly.

Doing static subjects like polity, economy, environment, geography and history for your UPSC preparation is a solid bet to increase your chances of clearing this exam. But this must all be supplemented by current affairs for best effect.

Aptly put, sir. A good aspirant never fails in life because this journey in itself teaches you so much that you're ready to face everything heads on and have a practical approach to things. I don't know if i'll make to the services or not but one thing is for sure that I'll never regret this beautiful journey that has taught me what life actually is. I'm so grateful that I've this opportunity to prepare for this exam.

I got selected into state psc as a group b officer in 2021. In 2021, I started my UPSC self preparation without joining any coaching institute. From 2021, iam following you and Manuj Jindal sir. You both helped me alot through ur videos. I have learnt so many things from you both & I gave my 100%. I scored 83 in gs prelims 2023 (cutoff was 75)but scored only 67 in csat so failed. I decided to give one more attempt but couldn't clear in 2024 also.
I left with only one attempt due to age limit. But now I have decided stop this preparation. I will use the knowledge I gained from last few years in whatever way possible. Not all upsc preparation stories have a filmy ending. This is the reality.

If after 3-4 attempts you can't even crack prelims you need to revaluate your next step in life.

This preparation teaches you how to think in balanced way, not to jump into conclusions. But not everyone learns that. If you're among those few people who are able to think everything without a biased view, you're doing great and will be doing great no matter what the profession is

But as everything in life has balanced stand, even this "vieweing everything without extremity" will harm you at times. Especially when i needed the motivation to study or think of why upsc, my balanced mind is always thinking that no matter what profession you will be good at anything that you do with interest.
