Thanks Nuse! I sent item USPS Ground insured & soon to be 15 days since initial scan & no movement. Opened 2 research cases & still no additional scan. Afraid of refunding buyer & buyer also gets item eventually because USPS slow to reimburse me.

Hi how are you? I have a question pertaining to package insurance, I have a no refund policy and I offer to add buyers insurance to their total to make sure they are fully covered, if the package doesn’t make it to the buyers home can I make it the buyers responsibility to file a claim on their own in order to retrieve funds for the item that wasn’t delivered?

I bought a 950 dollar e-skateboard from a seller on eBay. He sent it the day after I paid for it. Everything seemed well. I was getting updates then it stopped. It just says it’s in the facilities. I’ve been to 3 different post offices in my area and they all just give me the run around. It was supposed to be delivered June 15 and it’s already 26th. The USPS lost a new arcade 1up of mine it's been almost 3 months and they just denied my claim it was. 700.00 sale on EBay. I paid 232.00 to ship it . They're mailing me a letter what should I do next?

I am currently waiting for a seller to refund me for a missing item. They sent it parcel select instead of the advertised priority mail. So does that mean they do not have insurance?
