Amazon FBA Small Business Analysis 2019 Dashboard Presentation (IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1)

Hello Everyone-

This dashboard was created using IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1 (R5). I decided to create this to gain some general insight on my own small business I run on Amazon's platform to help make better business decisions later on. Here I include a map chart to visualize my metrics based upon not only states and provinces, but also by countries I had not previously realized products were selling in. KPI's are included in this dashboard to give us crucial figures such as profit margin, net profit, and product sales. Also displayed is a summary chart to look up specific figures by Transaction type and quarter, as well as some AI driver charts to give some key insights into what is driving out FBA and selling fees. The metrics are all based on my 2019 numbers.

Some things I forgot to mention in this video:

- Please excuse the placement of the "a" Amazon Logo graphic that can be a bit distracting. I did not make the adjustment until after recording this.
- I also had sales in many other countries outside the US, but forgot to mention when going over the map
