The Bible Recap: Bible Companion Review

The Bible Recap is not a Bible! It's a Chronological Bible Summary/Commentary One Year Reading Plan and Devotional book!
It starts as a chronological one year Bible reading plan to pair with your favorite Bible.
Each day includes a summary/commentary on a passage of Scripture (Scripture text not included, read it before from your Bible) called a Recap, followed by a short devotional thought called a God-Shot.
In addition, you can go to the Bible Recap website to listen to corresponding podcasts for each day!
The author, Tara Leigh Cobble wrote this Bible commentary to help guide readers through the Bible. Her goal is to encourage readers who have struggled to read the Bible on their own by laying it out chronologically and taking in the big picture of Scripture that reveals who God is and how He loves us.

I like you. You are talking' my language. I just started recap a few days ago. A W K W A R D...

However your video recharged my battery. Satan of course wants to interfere!!! I struggle with reading comprehension. I love to read and learn but this has been a stumbling block my whole life. But i m
determined! Also, I am not as computer savvy as i would like to be so I haven't been a level to print up the plan schedule. Tara says "go to the description page.". What and where do I find it???

By the time you read this I may have figured it out. I got the rec book with the plan so I guess I will try to use my printer to copy it. (I am such a dinosaur.)

Anyway...I am so inspired by the first 3 days of the recap program that I will not give up. Its a good fit for me. I have studied and read the bible for many years but this is different.

Thanks Dr Dan, l will definitely look into this. At the moment, l tend to do an indepth study of a bible book, but may jump out this to do more of a sprint read using The Bible Recap. Have a great day

I love the Bible Recap. I love that it's in chronological order and that I don't have to read it every day. It will probably take me 2 years to get through the whole Bible because I don't do it every day. Their is also a recap on YouTube and the plan is online and you can have it all on audio.
