Some of them are cool, but they're not worth it. It is only perfect when used simultaneously as an alternating desk: sit on one for a while, when tired, or the rump begins paining one, ---switch over to the stand up desk where there's a networked or synced computer for a seamless continuation of tasks, work, or job.

I usually wear Crocs at my standing desk area to cushion my feet. Are you standing barefoot? Pad or shoes?
