Been bushcrafting for a few years now and tarps are one of my favorite things to camp with. This is a great set up.

Love that tarp, lightweight, seems fairly tough, and all of the hitch points most of all. I'll be getting one for my go bag. It'll be the perfect addition to my hammock and 'skeeter net enclosure, perfect for pretty much anywhere here in SW Florida. Some paracord, couple stakes and I'll have my shelter system complete. At under 5 lbs.

I like clear plastic and a emergency blanket. put the blanket on one side in the tent and a fire on the opposite side far enough away not to melt the plastic and the emergency blanket will reflect the heat inside.

I think he meant to infer the obvious, which is that the tarp is 3m x 3m because it literally says it on the tent bag. But you can’t say that it’s 100sq ft (I’m estimating with meters and feet) because so much of the tarp is being used to make the A frame shelter and stake it. Inside, I imagine it’s not much bigger than 10sq ft, but I’d say it’s more, if not double. But tarp is 3m X 3m. It’s on the bag.

Water comes in underneath, we dug a lil trench around the whole thing, weigh the bottom down with rocks. Condensation builds up inside. But it doesn't rain forever.

Seeing that the teepee is the world's best tent how come more tent manufacturers don't have the same concept?

In the rain? Stay dry? Used the A frame during 7 different camp outs in the rain. NEVER DRY! Wind and rain along with muddy floor all came right in.

All I used for years. I finally went with a 12x12 so I can fold into various structures via whatever I need. My favorite is still an a-frame, for that "porch-mode" lol. Tho, I use 4 ft of itf or a ground sheet too now.

3 m by 3 m so it's a 9 by 9 ft tarp

That's how I set up for my dome tent

Looks like it's a 3 meter tarp, not a 3 foot? I was wondering how you'd have room to lay down if it was a 3'x3' tarp because the length would only be 3'.

So where is your bedding? When the temperature drops are you able to maintain your body temperature? The ground will suck your temp out of your body.

That boots are not for outdoors just by looking at the sole traction.
