Causes of heavy menstrual bleeding in teenage. In teenage, it is a different phase of the human life. Teenage is the phase of life when the lady has just matured. There is a system called hypothalamus, the pituitary, the ovaries and the uterus. These are all the things that are involved in the production of the menses. If there is any hormonal problem in this axis, heavy bleeding can happen. Teenage is the time when periods have just started. That is menarche. That time when they are very young girls, the endocrine system which is involved in the menstrual periods will not have properly set itself. The biological clock is still getting adjusted to the body. So because of that phase there might be some heavy bleeding. First few months we have to wait, but if its going on for a very long time it is not good to wait because it is not good for a younger girl to unnecessarily loose so much of blood, So then you have to see your doctor to know cause of heavy bleeding. Madam my daughter is 11 and half year old girl, she matured on August , 2023, that time she dint had took much bleeding, just, 4 to 6 drops she had, . On January 3 she had heavy bleeding for 8 days, after that she didn't had period. On February 20 she had period, it is not completing, it is heavy bleeding also, it is increasing, and today March 22, still she is having bleeding, from 1 month.
