I'm trying to get the Cyclo skin, but whenever I can't find the 3d model anywhere, and when I clicked on the mesh, it says that an error occured, then it shuts down. I also tried clicking on the skeleton mesh and it showed that nothing was there. Help would be greatly appreciated!

whenever i open a mesh file to view it, the rest of the umodel windows are gone so when i exit the viewer, umodel closes

I'm having some technical difficulties. I followed along until 0:44, but after putting in the encryption key, it gave me a fatal error and said "Missing LoaderGlobalNameHashes chunk". Do you know how I can fix this?
