120g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
135g granulated sugar

Almond topping:
50g unsalted butter
70g sliced almonds
65g granulated sugar
80ml double cream

Bake 180°C for 20 mins
