Im guessing that maybe she was overwhelmed by noise or the crowd? She could have been injured, unwell; we may never know. But the fact that Marino has an arm around her and looks to have a hold of her hand, im guessing he is getting her out of the situation quickly. Judging by her expression and how she is pressed into Marino, it looks like that room was the last place she should have been at that point in time.
Christina doesn't seem like the type to be upset about another sous chefs chef taking out the crown; she doesn't seem like a sore loser in other words.

The reason why this is the first male winner since season 12 is because Christina usually helps females at the finale. No offence to Blue-Jay or Jocky but Christina just have way much experience in hell's kitchen. She just knows how to win.
