My previous hometown, Paarl was a peaceful place about 33 years ago.It is a shock to me, where I grew up, that Paarl is become so ruff and full of violence.The thugs walk easy in your house, and walk out with your things in the house.Breakings is a hinder in Charleston Hill Paarl .Taxi drivers have no mercy for other motorists.This violence must stop!

Imagine Rainbow chicken and country fair had to start fighting like this over chicken distribution. Cease fire between Rainbow chicken and Country Fair. Ban these taxi associations and stop negotiating with them. They lawless allround.
