I didn't even cheat... we were broken up and I ended up following some stupid girlfriends advice to get over my narcissistic ex (didn't know he was a narcissist then). Only did it 1 time and regretted it immediately after because that isn't me.

We ended up coming back together. I asked if he had any encounters and he said yes and multiple women. He then asks me, and said only once.

Believe me when I say that after like 10years he still couldn't get over it... especially when I wasn't in the mood. Loves to bring it up then and guilt trip me.
