Another way is if you have done the inazuma quest. Talk to neko and do some easy quests, each quest gives 20 primogems. You can do these once a day I think.

I started about a week ago (not the first time I've played this is my 3rd account) and my way to get primogems is unlock all the statue of the seven, unlock waypoints, unlock domains, do daily commissions, clear camps, and find chests<33
I've gotten quite alot from doing this so it's worth it.

I can guarantee this is true, on the last 10 minutes of ventis banner I needed 2 more wishes but all the f2p methods I knew of were way too slow, so I tried spending 10 usd and magically got 20+ wishes, it's insanely fast, now including that banner a few months ago until now I spent a total of 25 usd on welkin though, it is kinda expensive
