I'm surprised this video mentioned nothing regarding having chronically high insulin levels from eating carbohydrate rich processed foods and the risk of BPH. Multiple NIH studies show the causal relationship between BPH and high insulin levels.

The cause of prostate enlargement is unknown, but it's believed to be linked to hormonal changes as a man gets older. The balance of hormones in your body changes as you get older and this may cause your prostate gland to grow.

I think I have tried all this and more. At 74 I concluded most of the prostate formulas make enlarged prostate issues worse. Zinc may help if you are low on it or have an absorption issue. What helps me like a silver bullet is Serrapeptase 240, 000 SPU and plenty of organic Hemp oil, both 3 times a day. That combo is the only thing that works like magic for me.

Dr. Berg says that consuming quality grass fed red meats is fine and contain Zinc. Zinc is an import element for the prostate. I agree with reducing salt, sugar and increasing fiber.

Kegel exercises are worst thing to do with enlarged prostate. We have to do reverse Kegels, we have to release the muscles not make them tight! My pelvic floor therapist told me.

Thank you for this information. I was diagnosed with BPH in 2018 at the age of 48. Although, after using High doses of prednisone, my nocturine became out of control and that was at the age of 29. I wonder if that had something to do with the BPH later in life? Also, I’m drinking 32 ounces of water every day… Is it good for the prostate?

No mention of diary products and cutting them out of your diet as high levels of oestrogen are linked to prostrate enlargement.

Avoid stress, practice physical exercise and kegel exercise, increase fiber consumption, avoid certain medications such as anti hisstamine and decongestants, avoid drinking water b4 bedtime, avoid red meat and high fat food and sodium intake.

Not to eat red meat, cheese or yoghurt??? But I want to put on some muscle! Even if I'm 63 now, I still want to do resistance training, look more fit and youthful. How to build muscle mass without high-protein diet? Everybody knows that high quality protein is in red meat and eggs.

Can i do kegel exercises while i am in erect state or almost erect state i have the impresion that i feel the kegels better, do you think is just my impression?
Do you think i can hurt myself in any way(my prostate) if i am doing that?
