Minecraft: How to make a working Elevator (easy)

This tutorial shows you how to make a working elevator In Minecraft 1.16. With the tricks in this tutorial it should be easy to build this elevator in survival minecraft. :)
If you are building a huge base in Minecraft, like MumboJumbo or Iskall85 on the Hermitcraft Minecraft Server. This elevator is a cool thing to add to your base and a Minecraft Trick you should know. :)

The materials to make an easy elevator in Minecraft:

Redstone Dust - 2
Note Blocks - 2
Sticky Piston - 3
Button - 2
Slime Block - 5
Obsidian - 5
Observer - 2
Iron Block - (optional)
Any building Block - (optional)

IMPORTANT: If you play BEDROCK you need to exchange the Noteblocks with Trapdoors. Otherwise the Elevator won't work.

It is important, that the Slime Blocks are ONLY connected to the placed blocks of the elevator! I dug out the whole back- and side walls left/right and behind the elevator so the Slime Blocks do not touch any other blocks going up/down. If you don't do that your elevator won't work or get stuck. Make sure to place the observers in the right directions. If you do everything right this design should work in Minecraft 1.16. :)

Worked like a charm, thank you ❤. For those who are still stuck, you guys need to remove the blocks which are placed next to slime blocks. The space in sides of the slime blocks needs to be empty.
