Great advice, it's from the book Radical honesty by Brad Blanton, and it's the most important thing to do

Yes! During the pandemic when I had many private chats with colleagues I was shocked to find how many held ideas ans thoughts that they never said out loud in public.

They held onto their own thoughts (thinking it would be awkward to voice them) and grew resentful.

Meanwhile other people will voice their concerns and the issues were often resolved immediately - sometimes it turned out it was a misunderstanding or quite often someone was willing to change a decision after hearing an objection.

...and to be able to speak in non-violent terms there is the 3rd (or 1st/zeroth?) part: thinking in non-violent terms without judgement; which takes serious introspection and renunciation of many temporary truths.
this starts reasonably relatable and then you blast to advanced thought control. -i like your sneaky style of lifting people up :)
