Another great video! Thanks Rob and Trent! And I agree, you should always have an alternative supplier whether it's goods or services which have fluctuating prices like transport and freight. I always 3 quote even though I have a strong relationship with one freight partner. It keeps me in the know of current prices in the market, and allows me to keep my current supplier competitive.

Thanks for the videos. Really Educative. Could you please check the volume of your videos. When the actual teaching is going on, the volume is too low and when the short intro music comes on, the volume is too high. This sharp change is not good for the ears especially for someone using an earpiece. it will be nice if the volume of the teaching aspect can be brought up.
