Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

They go from one extreme to the other. One minute, they want to be with you 24 hours a day, the next minute, they never want to speak to you again.

Yes! This narcissistic thinks he owns me. He treats me so horribly then when I tried to move on blame me for being disloyal and not understanding commitment.

They are absolutely disgusting.

I discarded the narc 9 months ago. No contact on my end but he has tired to reach out. My bday was last month and i knew he was gonna text me, and low and behold, he did. I just deleted the message with a smile 😊 Best feeling ever is taking back your power and keep getting better.

The sad part is the more we forgive the narcs, the less respect they have for us. The more violent or aggressive they get. The more forgiveness, the more brazen they get.

Temporary absence makes them SUPER insecure.. even within 5 mins, at universal studios while i waited for him to come out of the restroom, the 50yr old trash man passed by and said “how you doing” as he picked up trash by me, my ex was coming back, he clearly saw i just nodded.. and got mad, said “they can have you, i don’t need a woman that walks around smiling at other men when im not around” what!? THAT RUINED THE NIGHT and the week lol😂

YES! Mine cheated on me with two women, got arrested for trying to SA and stalk them. He broke sobriety and left me 3rd trimester pregnant and our engagement was called off.

He has the audacity to tell me how lonely he is without me now 😂 knowing the day he got out of jail, he was back on dating apps waiting for his next victim.

I am ready to leave. I find courage in all of these comments of brave women sharing their stories. My narc stopped talking after I found disturbing photos on his iPad and confronted him. He made it seem like I was making a big deal out of nothing. I’m grey rocking him now, and now there’s no reaction from him. I’m ready to go.
