Looking back at Genshin after Wuwa I'm shocked by how comically big their heads are

Wuthering Waves designs seem more futuristic and fresh compared to genshin's traditional and compact/complicated designs.

Wuthering Waves designs seem to be more mature and consistent with the world they inhabit, while Genshin's are more eye-catchy, fantastical and flamboyant. Guess that's a matter of preference which is better.

I like Genshin design more overall, but my problem is the adult characters are horrible. The supposed adults look like teens, and all the males look like twinks. In Wuwa they actually look like adults and badass

Genshin character desing is more sharp so they tend to stand out from environment. Also they have more saturated colors

I guess it's just me, but I prefer Genshin's art style. Need to see whether the other aspects of WuWa are attractive enough for me to give it a try 🤔

I don't play both game but from the video, i really think Genshin is more detailed and smoother, but maybe it's bc the graphic in Wuthering waves is set to low in the video, i don't know.

I mean its 4 years ago game that they limit the design standar because they dont know how far it will go. If they change the Design drastically it will be weird. For new Gen Hoyoverse game the design are much more detail. Its seems they try to push the Limit on the design more on HSR after success on Genshin.

I think Wuthering Wave in term of gameplay and QoL is better and more fun but, can't deny the fact that It probably will not able to reach peak genshin popularity and earning. But it is definitely better overall game experience except the ugly font. If you say other wise your just a casual gamer or bias.

I love Wuwa character designs, they look more delicate and mature, and they have outfits that make sense and talk very well with each other

The WW characters look more proportional but I can't help but think that some of the designs give "this is my OC Yuki kuro kami-chan" from someone on deviantart

I have to say, as an avid genshin player myself I actually find videos like this quite irritating. Last time I checked genshin does not hold exclusive right to green nature girls and bandage bras. Stuff like this is just fuelling toxicity such as accusing Kuro of copying hoyo. They are different games, quite different actually and deserve to stand on their own merits. I will be starting WW tonight and I am very excited as something I have always wanted from genshin is more focus on combat but hoyo refuse to do so. I actually also find myself preferring the WW character designs too, more mature and less Mickey Mouse colour blasting.
