Olufunmi written in full is Olúwafunmi (the 'Olu' is a short form of Oluwa which means God or Lord) i.e. a gift from God, which is also a name Yorùbá parents name their children (other names in this bracket are, Olubunmi, Oluwamayowa, Oluwamuyiwa etc).

Here, Asake equates his lady as a wife and a gift from God to him.
