1. This is not BJP vs Congress issue - all political parties have been promising the Pie in the sky. Reality is that over 70 years the living conditions for the majority population has continued to be abysmal. The gap between haves and haves not has further widened and at this rate, only God can knows how much it will deteriorate further as our population surpasses China by 2023-24.

2. We still need to work on the basics - health, education, jobs, nature preservation, women safety and quality Infrastructural facilities. That is what citizens should get involved in, must know about and also demand. Instead, topics of mere 'Perception' / 'International image' i.e. how some nations are scared, or some religion is endangered, re-write the past, demolish/ build new buildings, increase cultural disharmony, using dogmatic language, acting like illiterate with very low morals, language or claiming achievements that are a nothing but a lie, getting involved into unconstitutional / unconstructive arguments or acts.

I am not sure how you experience/ receive government facilities as a citizen, how much secured you feel about your children and how you have progressed over years as an individual. But, I feel, I can contribute better to the growth of the country if I excel as an individual and participate better in the development efforts of the government then just shallow topics debates, verbal abusive fights, hating each other's religious beliefs, comparing my self to neighboring countries and improve my ability to demean others.

I hope you could understand and if it's not how you feel, that's fine too... we all have our own experiences and values and there is no need to push each other to agree/ disagree. Reality won't change anyhow
