If Microsoft could provide better integrate between, OneNote, Sticky Notes, To Do, and Outlook, they could be unbeatable.

Amplenote is a decent product that does Notes, tasks and calendar

It kills me that Amplenotes wasn't mentioned. Not only does it do Notes, Tasks, & Calendar, it's available on all devices. It's the most approachable app in this space from what I've seen.

TickTick is a pretty decent hybrid app! Not all the way perfect though. However, it has a great task system, notes section and decent calendar function!

I've been using Trello (free version) everyday for the last 3 years, for tasks and project management, and now I started using the Planyway power up (also the free version) to view my tasks in a calendar. It's been working great for me.

Todoist has a free sync option with Google Calendar, scheduled tasks show up on your google calendar to time.

Craft App is by far the best one that works for me.

It would be interesting to compare various project management apps for their abilities to combine calendar, tasks, docs, and project tracking.

Any recommendations for android task + calendar hybrid that doesn't require subscription?

Me personally, I have a specific view of it. And I’ll try my best to describe it.
I like blending note + tasks and calendar + tasks, in a way that the tasks I create on the note appears on the calendar and vice versa

Great Video as always but why did you not add Routine Calendar? Saw this on your channel and must say I love it since...

Thanks for taking the time to create this video, but you forgot to cover Amplenote. It is the hybrid app that works best for me.

Since Feb, we have been working on something that falls on the intersection of all three. Let me know if you are interested

I've found NotePlan to be a great all-rounder. I really like to take notes on tasks, monitor them, and keep them tacked onto a calendar. It's a great app from a dedicated team, but there's sadly no iOS widgets which is very disappointing!!

isnt Routine one that tries to combine all?

I really like Noteplan because it stores files locally. I just wish it could be used alongside Obsidian (as in, it could access the same folder that I use for my Obsidian Vault). If Noteplan could do that, it would be a great app to use in conjunction with Obsidian. However, Noteplan does not use the filename as the note title, which screws everything up.

My current three productivity apps;
Calendar: Google Calendar
To-do: TickTick
Notes: Notion

Just waiting for Sunsama to make a half decent mobile app, and to allow every task created within to sync back to todoist, and that'll be the game wrecker. Or for todoist to make a calendar module. A real head scratcher as to why they haven't.

Where would you put Outlook Boards in this?
