Great recipe! I grew up eating polenta. My mom came from a town in the Alps, in the Tyrol. Polenta was an everyday staple in her home. I'm Tyrolean.

I like putting real butter and freshly grated parmesan cheese in my polenta when it's cooked. So good!! 😊

It's my family's tradition to put the polenta on a big spaghetti board, as big as the table. Everybody gathers around the table and eats it from the board. We put the sauce on plus Romano cheese and all the meat goes in the center for everyone to take. It's wonderful!

This is one of my favorite dishes ever, Ossobuco meat is so soft and juicy and delicious overall!
I love polenta, I've been eating it every Sunday at lunch for all my life, I'm from Bergamo in the northern area of Italy and here polenta is a really important tradition :)!
Thank you for this video chef Pasquale, I really appreciated it!
