I am O positive . I was blood screened for my current pregnancy and they found my fetus to have RH positive . Will there be issues??

Doesn't O have an antigen called H antigen?

Although O does not have a gene to encode an enzyme unlike A and B, there would still be an immunodominant sugar which is first received on the RBC site called right?

i have a card saying my blood is not often met with.... It is A, it says if my blood is used for transfusion it should be regarded as positive but if i need a transfusion i need negative because it lacks in the D antigen. that was 63 years ago so is my blood more common now
