Fascinating!!! I was feeling really drained of energy this morning, experiencing difficulty with concentration and struggled to express myself through writing. Within a few seconds of hitting play that mental fog started to lift, I felt more energized and as it is continuing to play I am feeling more grounded. I was unaware that I was resisting change; I thought I had opened myself up to it and was welcoming it in. Apparently, there was still a fair amount of resistance, lol. Thank you Lourdes for bringing through this beautiful healing that has helped me so much this morning!
