I feel its like this, when he says he says “I can gently tap the fourth wall”, he’s doing it out of faith that there is actually something there but he can’t tell, he just spends time with all of the Deadpool Corps who all do break the fourth wall so he mimics them in a way because he can’t because he doesnt have powers

Chances are he never got his powers and just walk around with a dogpool. So my theory is that nicepool never got cancer and he never met Francis. At some point he probably broke up with Vanessa and accidentally found the dog and took care of it. Since he's still a mercenary he made matching red suit so he can easily spot dogpool in the crowd.

My theory is he has a power which is differant from every other deadpools because we can see him not feeling any pain or dying instantely when shot which explains him gently tapping the fourth wall

My theory, nice pool is normal person with no superpowers.
Maybe, in his timeline some painful event happens to him that make him insane and want to be a hero because of that event(maybe that's why he is nice in the weird way.(all deadpools need to be insane to break the fourth wall)

At the void he found dogpool and treats it like his pet(bc he's nice lol)

He can’t have dog pool his whole life they’re from different universes. His face is fine meaning he never got powers, but he’s either just a little crazy or only knows about the wall from other variants

Deadpool regenerates because of his cancer since he’s cells are always dying he can always regenerate and nice pool did not get cancer wich would make senses why he could not regenerate or he just got breaking the 4 wall from all the other dead pools
