I like your video and the additional information you presented. You know a lot about these Xiami devices. I own such BLE Thermometer, so I wanted to try your program sketch. Indeed it works fine - but only for a limited time, then it not only loses connection, but worse, the esp32 is aborting and restarts, a complete reset from the beginning. I combined your information with the instructions given by Andreas Spiess in Video #174 on BLE (turning notifications on and off), but unfortunately the same result, after giving some results the esp restarts with a reset and gives again some results, restarts, gives results...
Is there a forum where we could investigate these issues further and exchange our observations?

I have a baby thermometer from Xiaomi and I have tried your method for this thermometer. however, the incoming information is not the same as in your example. I did not get the result I wanted on the nrf connect application. If you have time for this, I can also share screenshots via e-mail (if you can share your mail adress with me).
