you seem to be a ble expert. question for you. does arduinoble library allows me to scan for near by bluetooth phones? it seems the api in arduinoble library only allows me to scan for central/peripherals which require the app on the phone to be running (i.e. phone cannot be on standby mode). But i want to see which bluetooth phone is nearby. All the examples I saw was to use AT commands. Does arduino nano 33 even support AT commands? I cannot find any info about it. thanks head for your help
