Pop a multi before eating snow, still get the sickness but is cured before multi is done. Been doing it since release 👍🏼

Remember that even with a broken magazine, the enemy will still have ammunition in the chamber and will be able to shoot it.

Honestly the mechanic with eating snow is the most impressive to me, because as far as I know it makes DayZ one of two games where rainwater (technically snow in this case, but you get the point) isn't safe to drink without processing just like in real life.

me and my duo were playing chernarus once when he ran face first into a bear, we both started unloading but his gun only fired once. turned out 1 of my shots hit his 45 rd ak mag, amazingly he didn't get hit by me or the bear besides that one mag shot lmao. so mad i clipped it too late
