On console, you can reload magazines with the appropriate ammo by holding the magazine in your hand and holding Y on Xbox or triangle on Playstation.

Tip: Fill your water core at the start of your new life as fast as possible. Drink any source of water even when sick. Reason why? Well because your 4 cores are involved with your immune system. You have 50% immunity due to health and blood being at 100%. Get water full? you’d have 75% immunity which will fend off diseases. If you get food full it is difficult for sicknesses to stick around for longer than 5 min.
