HILLEBERG SOULO MUST HAVE MODIFICATIONS

I found modifications on my Hilleberg soulo which are that good I thought it came from the factory like that. So here’s some links to the parts you need to do the same mods as mine. These mods are a must in my eyes as it I’m probes the pitch and the sound of the tent in bad weather.

Just stumbled across your channel, Some good mods there mate. I actually don’t mind the zips chingling in the wind but I know some people find them annoying. Red Hillebergs do look good especially in the snow 😎 New sub, atb Karl 👍

I usually have a few guylines about foot long which I use with all my tents incl. Soulo and Nammatje 3GT. Just makes finding good spot for the stakes a lot easier and sometimes I use these lines to double stake guylines when wind is serious. On my Hillebergs I always was annoyed with long guylines getting tangled together, so I attached small elastic cord loops with spring locks to the tent body loops to hold guyline wraps, problem solved. I am fine with zippers as it is.

The guy lines on the corners is a great idea Mark, definitely will have a try of that at some point mate👍..putting cord on all the zips was the first thing I done when I got mine, also put a blob of seam seal on the little hole at the bottom of the zip at the door vent to stop the drips coming in from running down the poles as the little bit of material doesn’t stop it., great tips/mods mate 👍
