A Speedrunners Guide to Portal Building | Beginners Guide

In this video I go over how to build Nether Portals ASAP to get to the 1.16 Nether which releases June 23rd!

(Edit) I've become aware from the comments that this portal building technique may have been invented by someone other than Dream. That said I'm not going to bother going through hundreds of hours of speed running footage to verify this. But I've updated the title just in case.

As for the thumbnail, I'm not going to bother changing it.

First and foremost because Dream in large part popularizing this building technique.
Second, it fits the video because Dream is regarded by a large part of the community as one of the best players out there. As such it fits the video since it's a tutorial for aspiring speed runners and Dream fans alike.
Third, and most importantly of all, I'm lazy. This is one of my earliest videos so I'm not going to bother making a new thumbnail for an old video.

Just some tips:

1: When the Video started you forgot to type /clear because the rain was disturbing your voice and after the rain stopped it felt much more pleasant to hear!

2: Put some Non-Copyright Backround music to out some personality, but not any backround music. Chose one that fits the type of vibe you want to deliver.

3: Reduce the sound of minecraft and also backround music when you put them on.

You're gonna be a great youtuber!

Edit: Btw removing the Xs in your name would make your name a good one but totally up to you're choice :D

I’m always having a hard time finding diamonds to make a nether portal and never knew how dream does the portal thing and this helped a lot thanks 😊
