Pat knocks it out with Pazole Blanco El Carnitas de Trotter's, I made that last part up, and who says Cilantro is "Optional" it's a must! I love authentic Mexican cuisine.
🍺😎👍 I would however suggest a YouTube channel that is absolutely a must watch for recreating "Truly Authentic Mexican Food". I think you guys will enjoy the techniques and cooking methods this family uses. It's "La Cocina En El Rancho" this is the daughter's channel, and her mom has a channel to "De mi Rancho a Tu Cocina"  last year she was recognized in Forbes Magazine as the "Most Powerful Women in Mexico" due to her success on YouTube. Pat could work on his prep skills, (I.E. watch how she dices a onion). After watching some of these videos it sure has helped mine! On a South Korean cooking channel I watch, this lady calls "Pigs Feet" - "Pig Trotters" I just though that very amusing. Oh, and in the above mentioned "La Cocina En El Rancho" she only speaks Spanish, but it's her prep skills and cooking methods I find very informative. I bet you guys $$$ if you watch these channels we'll be seeing you guys building a outdoor wood fired cooktop just like they use. In the near future??? 🤔
You asked what we might want to see.... Well...??? 🤯 MIND BLOWN 🤯
