In this video, I will be talking about the insider selling that has been happening at Lemonade. A lot of you have been asking me why Lemonade executives are selling their LMND stock. Should you panic? The answer is no. There are numerous reasons why executives sell their shares and I'll go over them. I will also go over the exact amount of shares both Daniel Schreiber and Shai Wininger had and have right now (S1 filing with the SEC). There's also a lock-up period expiring on the 29th of Dec.

Exactly the info. I needed. I have been scrambling through their S1 and selling docs for past week. Couldn’t find out how many shares co-founders originally held, I was looking at 1st revision of S1 but info. was in 4th revision. Thank you so much for spreading this info!!

Interesting. I had the same concern with LMND and sold out of my position when it was around 70. Kicking myself now but still concerned slightly as to why they're selling so much. But then again, maybe it's nothing to worry about. Hope it still goes up for you!

Just a little bit. I agree it Can Fall more, but i Will bounce back in The new year. It just profit taking. Normal with lock up and new year profit taking. No Big deal - for Long term i Think. But for a new position i would wait.

I brought LMND 3 times at 49, each time it hit 49 I double my money.

But I'm done collecting, cashed out all the budget and from now on I will just let the profit run until the company stops innovating.

Its not only a shorter week but a very important vote for 2 senates seats that could really move the market. A lot of maybes in this video. If i was in their position of taking $60 million selling 600k shares at say $100, id take it too. You never know in business but they are seriously rich now, whatever happens with LMND, so good on them.

2021 is going to be much harder on investors than 2020 when you just needed to go all-in in March/April. Considering shifting a large portion of my portfolio to LMND as I don't see as much opportunity with the winners of 2020 (tech stocks). I mean TSLA, SQ and alike will not 3x in 2021, but LMND might do so.

My quote from lemonade is double what I am paying. Their quoting speed is a few hours for my case. Nothing to be impressive compare to Others. Not sure what is the real data advantage per their claim. Seems more hype than edge.
