That’s nice. I liked the way you didn’t fast forward over the “boring” parts. I like the detail and I appreciated the way you didn’t do lots of fancy editing to make this appear slicker. Tree work is physically tough work and I enjoyed seeing this quickie advancing technique in action. Good work!

I've been climbing DRT every since I started, and haven't wanted to switch over and try SRT since it seemed too complicated and I was honestly a little intimidated by some of the gear...this video finally helped me understand a simple retrieval method! Hello Bino. I am an "aspiring novice" climber with a build and date of creation similar you your own. As much as I struggle to climb, I am amazed at how easy you make it look. In this particular video, rather than using the butterfly / quickly method you demonstrated for retrieval from the ground, would it be just a easy to connect the closed end of your line to your hitch climber and descend with a MRS setup? I suspect you are trying to maintain the apples / oranges concept and wanting to maintain the SRS setup for work positioning, but it was a thought I had while watching the video. I very much enjoy your video creations and admire the skills you have and what you have taught Noah. Keep em coming!

Bino, may I ask a couple of questions please...
* How much do you weigh? ... i.e. your Michoacan is (only) 4 wraps and it holds you up. thanks!
* Is it necessary to use the butterfly knot to connect the Quickie to *only* for the purpose of pulling down the rope from the ground? ... e.g. there is no safety or other advantage to connecting to the butterfly knot, correct? ...the use of the butterfly know is *only* for retrieving the rope from the ground, correct? thanks!
