Why won’t anyone respond on Tesla’s TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! We need more service centers, once you finally get ahold of someone, they can’t give you answers, they tell you to go on the app. and set up an appointment, which in our Midwest area, can be a two week wait. If you call the same number back, it is deleted, so you need to start all over again as you never get the same person. I love my Tesla, but this needs to be addressed .

Resale prices have plummeted because Tesla has cut the prices of new vehicles drastically. My S Plaid was 108k. Within three months the price dropped to 88k. Clearly my resale value is now less than 88k.
