600g chicken wings (or any chicken)
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 thumb ginger (grated)
1 thumb ginger (julienned)
1 medium onion
3/4 cup glutinous rice
8-10 cups water
1 chicken stock cube
2 tbsp fish sauce

garnish with:
soft-boiled eggs (air fried)
spring onions
garlic flakes
lemon (if you like)
crushed chicharon (for love!)
