In this video, I show you and tell you how to use a Fitbit Charge 4. It is a complete tutorial and I go over all of the basics of using the fitness tracker device. There are many advanced things that you can do as well, but the truth of the matter is that these are just the basics of it's daily use that you will need. Once you learn how to use it and navigate through it's screens and menus through the instructions in this video, you'll be better equipped to pick up the more advanced things by yourself as you are using it on a regular basis.
