This is for the police. When you find young people on the streets with drugs be extremely nice to them. Allow them to tell you who the real drug dealers are the ones getting the largest amount of money and trafficking guns. Get the men at the top to make it successful and clean up the streets. Support government enitiatives to create jobs and training for young people make this world a better place.
