Does this modality have any effect on someone with lipedema And lymphedema or would the lipedema impede the effectiveness?

Sondra Douglas - Salina, Ks - I have lymphedema/lipedema. I got this when cancer was removed from left groin. A massive growth exists on inside of left knee.
