I might be wrong, but watching this short I felt the one who upmost has admiration for Randy is Miz, probably even more than Cody can due to the fact he was part of Randy inner circle while Miz was the outsider and had to work harder perhaps to get recognized for his contribution to the business. That fact alone is a reason why he can look at Randy as an example of what it means giving your best and be the best.
