i think this explanation of the left/right-handed coordinate system can be very misleading.
so basically if someone is unsure, make a pistol with your right hand, thumb up pointing finger out AND middle finger outwards of your hand 90degrees to your pointing finger. THEN point this 'pistol' you made with your right hand TOWARDS YOURSELF, and there you go, you made a right handed coordinate system...
for the left hand do the same, point out with all three fingers, but point the 'GUN' away from you, as you would shoot a distant target. ;)

It looks like the left-coordinate system places the 'eye' from the 'last row of a movie theater', so to speak, and viewing a scene which stands from point '0' from that perspective. Right coordinate system places the 'eye' at the first row, which is zero and the viewer is staring the opposite way.

Very low-information tutorial. Would have been better if you discussed the implications as the coordinate systems relate to the frustum and rotations.
