Lemon Cream Moonshine Recipe

Today we are making Lemon Cream Moonshine very refreshing and a easy recipe.

1.5 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoon lemon juice (or to taste)
2-3 tablespoon powered coffee creamer ( i like the French vanilla creamer)
1 cup 140 shine or 2 cup 100 shine

in a pot add water, sugar, lemon juice
bring to low simmer add creamer
simmer 3 minutes
let cool
add shine
shake before you enjoy

I had my football draft this past weekend. Made something similar to this: limoncello, mandarincello, banana cream sipping cream, & cheescake sipping cream. The latter two had French Vanilla creamer in it, but for shelf life, I may do the powder next time. Thanks for the inspiration, Randy!

I want to try this very soon! Must it be powdered creamer? can I use non dairy creamer liquid?..and how much?

Do you think you would have to keep that in the refrigerator because of the creamer or could you let it out and chill it that day you're going to drink it or do you think it should be in the refrigerator all the time

I have found using powdered creamer doesn't dissolve all the way and floats around...I have tried heating and still didnt work.
