Super speciality is not compulsory and all colleges don't have rural bonds. You can start practicing right after mbbs, and technically you are a doctor right after mbbs, it's just doing MD gives you more value and pay and in some degrees like radiology, you get paid 2 lakh per month average as they are very scarce in India.

You start getting salaries and stipends after mbbs so you're not unemployed
