Marvellous lesson, Deat Prof. Might I trouble you for a question? Could I just use “ pretty” instead of “ really” ?
And could I use quite with non-gradable adjective?
You are the be-all and end-all. Love you.

Thank you for the video. I want to learn how to use basically and literally. Can you give a teaching video on these two words? Or you can teach me through the comment.

She showed "quite happy" below the average as she meant "fairly", but we know that "quite" also means "absolutely, completely" so how do we tell the difference?

This video is incredibly good¡ just one question... Is it the same meaning if I say: I am absolutely, really, utterly, completely, totally thrilled ??? Thanks a lot

hey SAM .Hey BBC . Thanks for the amazing video .Well, I have a question :
why do we use 'quite ' sometimes to mean " completely ?
obviously you used it in the video meaning " on average " . Help me please .
secondly: do we use the word ' quite ' with both gradable and non-gradable adjectives, same like the word ' really' ?

So the rule is
We use very and really with gradable adjective?!!!
We use really and absolutely with extreme adjective?!!!
I hope someone answer me
I am really love english and i want to use it like native spaker.
