I’ve been experimenting with a routine with 0 digital distractions even before sunrise—and I wouldn't live any other way anymore.

The reason I do things this way – eating right away instead of fasting, ditching the Wi-Fi, surfing without sunscreen super early. It's not random; there's a reason behind every piece.

This whole flow is about getting back to basics, aligning with our biology – prioritizing things like immediate morning fuel to manage cortisol, nutrient density from animal foods and fruit, grounding, sunlight, and cutting out modern stressors like EMF and seed oils. It’s about intentionally setting up the day for real, fundamental health, not just following trends.

I drive in silence too. I quit the radio about 5 years ago. It's been actually really great. I also quit television watching at home. My mind is so much clearer and I spend so much more time thinking and spending time with my creator.

I was vegan for 9 years. Then I stumble upon your content and as silly as it sounds, Liver King as well. Now I've been eating animal products again and eating very clean and I feel so much better! Keep up the good work and content!

hey paul just wanted to say you’ve really positively influenced my friends and I on diet and life style. I’m 17 and i’ve been on the animal based diet for 3 months now. my ance has almost fully cleared, my weights in the gym are shooting up like crazy, and i feel overall so much better then before. I also fully healed an injury in my back i got while playing sports

Paul, just wanted to say, I have alpha gal, and am very fume reactive, so I cannot eat or be near red meat/ dairy. BUT you taught me to be my OWN doctor and find the root cause of my inflammation/ GI struggles. You taught me that Paul and helped me keep that mindset. I figured out what almost 10 doctors couldn’t through own self experimentation. I would appreciate some kind of advice however for those of us WITH alpha gal. Thanks Paul.

I was forced to adopt this lifestyle when I developed Mast Cell Activation Syndrome a few years ago—I can’t believe he voluntarily lives like this! That’s truly amazing. One thing I noticed is that living in a brand-new home might be something to reconsider, as the VOCs from new building materials can be far worse than many other environmental toxins he discusses. At least he opens the windows for fresh air, which helps! In 2018, I was exposed to toxic mold and thought moving into a brand-new home would solve the problem—only to learn the hard way that VOCs were even more harmful to my body. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I also tried every diet and even fasting, but ultimately, I landed on this way of eating and ditched fasting due to high cortisol issues. Now, I just need to figure out how to monetize it like Paul! 😂
