A useful compromise might be for Santos & a democRAT representative from a majority GOP district to resign at the same time. This will preserve the balance between the parties.

Hmmmm, how about this. Put him at a table for a full house session. The first politician that has not lied to district may ask questions. Is this guy guilt? Without doubt. I believe no action could be taken until he was sworn. Prior would have dissed his district voters. Now sworn in, his lies can be handled by the house. No sure if this correct but makes amateur sense to me. He needs to go but the pompous politicians need to look into the mirror.
