Aww my family used to have a holland lop when I was a kid. Nice pet. We kept him as an outdoor pet. He had a hutch with a heated box for the wintertime. Every day we would put him out in a run in our yard. Smart little bugger, take him out of his hutch and he would hop right across the yard over to the run. Thinking about it these days maybe it wasn't the best setup. I mean, we have a fair amount of hawks around here but the run had two huge bushes in it and he would spend the day under there.
His name was Peter and he lived to be 12. Guess we did ok.
