The natural frequency of fourth pendulum is equal to the forced frequency ie the frequency of 1st pendulum.... therefore there occurs maximum amplitude for the fourth one...❤

Sir i have a doubt 🤔 in the phenomenon of beat and resonance
What really difference between both of phenomenon because
Beat phenomenon occuring when two SHM of different frequences superimpose on a straight line and (when frequencies w1 and w2 are nearly equal) .
Also the phenomenon of resonance accuring when driving frequency and natural frequency are same in case of light damping (W=Wo)
And consider a situation a simple pendulum is oscillating with Wo frequency ( and in case of light damping the frequency Wo remains almost same) and its equation is
X = A sin(Wot + ¢)
Here A = Aoe^-rt
¢ = phase angle
And in simple pendulum one end of string is attached with m mass object and other is inside are hand and we are oscillating our hand horizontally by W frequency and with Bo amplitude and its equation is
B = Bo sinWt
And due to which one driven force
F= FosinWt acts on m mass object and now we can say that the motion of this m object under two equations
X = A sin(Wot +¢) and
B= Bo sin Wt
And this scenario is looks like that both equations are superimposing and also the frequencies W and Wo are nearly equal.
And due to which beat and resonance both phenomena can occur.

But resonance is the phenomenon when the wd driven frequency is close to the natural frequency in oscillations
